Many academy program precipitants come to our club with a dream of playing in Brazil. Let’s take a look at the reality. Do you know that only three out of every 5000 young stars that come to our club for a test actually integrate in our youth teams and only one or two of our U20 players are promoted to our professional team every year? In other words, football is very competitive in Brazil. Our law is also set to first protect Brazilian players in the labor market, making it difficult for foreigners to come and play in Brazil.

Avaí Academy Program can certainly help you reach your full potential in football; however this may or may not be enough for you to play in our youth team or professional team. One of the differences that you find in our academy program compared to programs is that we will find professional guidance and help in securing a trial in a school or finding a club in your country.

We have contacts with major football clubs throughout the world. We are currently working on establishing a partnership with high schools, colleges and universities in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China, Russia and Middle Eastern countries.

At the end of your internship you will receive all your evaluations and training history in English as well as your match videos. This way you will have a concrete material to show to your next coach.
