Assisting matches in the Ressacada Stadium
There are great football championships throughout the world, but you will never find the same emotional intensity and supporter engagement as the Brazilian Série A. Nineteen home matches are played in the Ressacada Stadium from May to the beginning of December. There are also Santa Catarina State Championship (January to April), Copa do Brasil (January to May) and South American continental matches (January to December) during the year. You will be invited to assist all Avaí home matches in the VIP Area with 2 visiting family members (free entry) or on a bleacher with your fellow youth players.

Mentor Program
The current right back of the Brazilian National Team, Maicon, has a close relationship with Cafu who was the emblematic captain of the Seleção and the owner of this position for more than 15 years. Cafu passed on many tips to Maicon and helped him become the Maicon that we know today. This is why we believe that it is very important to create a link between an academy player and our professional player. We select a willing, open-minded professional player with experience who can be your “mentor” during your internship. He will not only help you become a more mature player but he will also help you integrate into the club and introduce you to social life in Florianopolis.

Travelling with our coaches and players to away match
In addition to observing the daily training of our professional team, we offer you an option to travel with our professional players and coaches to our away matches (Santa Catarina State Championship: January to April, Brazilian Série A Championship: May to December). You will travel in the same plane with our players, stay in the same hotel and cheer for them in the stadium. You will also have time to do some sightseeing in the city.
